  • The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories/manuals received.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.

To initiate a return:

  • Include your order number, contact information, and a photo of the item showing the issue (if damaged or incorrect).
  • Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.

3. Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved, a pickup will be arranged at your address (where applicable).
  • The item must be securely packed in the original packaging and handed over to the courier.
  • Amir Tronic reserves the right to inspect the returned item before issuing a refund.

4. Refund Policy

  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • As we operate only through Cash on Delivery, refunds will be made via bank transfer or mobile wallet, depending on your preference.

We will contact you to collect refund details once your return is accepted.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Items requested for return after 48 hours of delivery
  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories
